摘 要:将从荔枝分离的AM菌根菌接种于尾叶桉组培苗 ,深山含笑和红锥种子苗 ,结果表明 ,AM菌根菌剂对供试的 3种幼苗有明显的增效作用 ,对林业具有实际应用与开发价值。但其增效作用有差异 ,尾叶桉呈现逐渐增长的趋势 ,而深山含笑和红锥增长率达到最大后呈现缓慢下降的趋势。In order to investigate the influence of AM mycorrhiza on the tree species, AM mycorrhiza was isolated from the root soil of litchi, and AM preparation was inoculate on the Eucalyptus urophyllathe tissue cultural seedling, Michelia maudiae seedling and Castanopsis hystrix seedling. The result shows that a strong growth response of these 3 species seedlings to the infection of the AM mycorrhizal fungus exist. AM endomycorrhiza improved the growth of seedlings significantly. But the active influence was obvious different between 3 species seedlings. The growth rate of Eucalyptus urophylla is increasing, while the growth rates of Michelia maudiae seedling and Castanopsis hystrix seedling are slowly decreasing when the growth rates has reached the top. The AM mycorrhizal had its practical value in development in forestry.
