摘  要:小麦秸经尿素(4%)氨化5~8周后,粗蛋白质含量提高了2.99倍。干物质、有机物、粗蛋白质和酸性洗涤纤维等的瘤胃尼龙袋消失率分别从未处理的64.21%、65.87%、68.16%、39.51%增至69.27%、72.57%、68.88%、42.44%(p<0.05)。以小麦秸为主(占60%)的日粮饲喂40只内蒙古细毛羊,进行消化代谢试验和饲养试验,研究氨化与未氨化小麦秸对绵羊日粮消化率、采食量、日增重及氮平衡的影响。结果表明:小麦秸氨化后,日粮干物质、有机物和酸性冼涤纤维的消化率分别提高了10.79%、11.02%和11.09%,秸秆的采食量和绵羊的日增重提高了13.63%和26.19%(p<0.05)。两组绵羊的粗蛋白质表观消化率无明显的变化(p>0.05),而氨化小麦秸的氨平衡极显著(p<0.01)高于未氨化的小麦秸。Ammoniated with urea (4%) for 5—8 weeks, the crude protein contentin straw was increased by 2.99 times. Disappearance rates of DM, OM, CP and ADF in nylon bags were increased to 69.27%, 72.58%, 68.88%, and 42.44% from 64.21%65.87%, 68.16% and 39.51% (P<0.05) Through digestion, metabolism and feeding trials, the effects of ammoniated straw on digestibility, intake, daily gain and nitrogen balance of sheep were studied. Results showed that ammoniation could increase digestibilities of DM, OM and ADF of diet by 10.79%,11.02%and 11.09%, increase intake of straw and daily gain of sheep by 13.63% and 26.19% (P<0.05). Though no significant change occured in CP apparent digestibility (P>0.05), ammoniation could improve nitrogen balance significatly (P<0.01).
