摘 要:对‘京秀’葡萄 (Vitisviniferacv .Jingxiu)高温锻炼和外施水杨酸 (salicylicacid ,SA)都能显著提高其幼苗的抗热性。高温锻炼 1h ,叶片内自由态SA含量急剧升高 ,其后又迅速下降。在抗热性诱导过程中 (高温锻炼 12h或水杨酸喷施后 6h) ,抗氧化酶系统中的过氧化物酶 (POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶 (GR)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶 (APX)的活性都明显升高 ,但过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性下降 ;高温锻炼或外施SA 1h ,过氧化氢 (H2 O2 )含量急剧升高 ,之后又迅速下降 ,可能起着一种信号分子的作用。以上结果说明内源SA可能通过提高抗氧化酶活性参与了高温锻炼过程 。Thermotolerance and antioxidation induced by heat acclimation or exogenous SA treatment were studied in grape ( Vitis vinifera cv.Jingxiu)seedlings.The results showed that thermotolerance of grape seedlings was enhanced by heat acclimation or exogenous SA.When seedlings were acclimated under 38℃ for 1h,the content of free SA in grape leaves rose from 3 086 μg·g -1 FM to 19 081 μg·g -1 FM,then declined to 8 269 μg·g -1 FM after 6 h of heat acclimation.Activities of antioxidant enzymes including superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase(POD), glutathione reductase(GR)and ascorbic peroxidase(APX)were elevated,but the activtity of catalase(CAT) was decreased.The content of hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2) in grape leaves were drastically elevated at 1h,then rapidly declined.The results suggested that SA may take part in heat acclimation that induced thermotolerance through induction activity of antioxidative enzymes,SA treatment and heat acclimation showed common mechanism of inducing theromotolerance of plants.
