摘　　要：天津港利用计算机技术建立了水工设施档案动态管理系统,提高了管理水平,为将来建立港口设施档案数字图书馆奠定了基础。本文介绍了"天津港水工设施档案动态管理系统"的基本功能及其实现方法。With the computer technique,the dynamic administration system of files of hydraulic facilities in Tianjin Port is built.improving the level of administration and laying a good foundation for the building of digital library of the port facilities.The essential function of this system and its methods are introduced in this paper.
