摘 要:通过对泵组电动机轴承形式及特点的技术分析对比和技术方案研究 ,认为大型泵组电动机推力轴承宜采用弹性盘和平衡块支承形式的推力轴承 ,结合东深供水改造工程实例 ,根据泵组负荷、结构布置、反向运转要求等特点进一步对弹性盘和平衡块支承形式的推力轴承的应用技术进行分析研究 ,经过泵组真机试验及运行实践 ,实现了整体安装、开机不顶转子、停机不制动刹车、轴承检修不解体电机 ,实践结果证明了轴承选型正确 ,大型泵组电动机推力轴承技术得以成功地应用。By the technique analysis contrast and the technique scheme study of the pump units electromotor bearings form and properties, the author concludes that the large-scale pump units electromotor thrust bearings should use these bearings whose supporting form is the elastic plate and the balanced block. The author also analyzes the application technique of these thrust bearings according to the pump units load, structure lay and the demand of the reverse running by taking example for DongShen Water Supply Improvement Project. It carrys out that the whole may fix, do not need tip rotor while starting up, do not need apply the brake while stop running and do not need disassemble electromotor while the bearings are being examined and repaired, by the pump units actual-machine test and running practice. And all practice prove that the selection of the bearings is right, the technique of the large-scale pump units electromotor thrust bearings is commendably applied.
