摘　　要：对移动式钻井平台与船舶进行了对比,分析了移动式钻井平台的法律特点。认为移动式钻井平台是一种较为特殊、且区别于船舶的法律客体,建立专门的法律体系,使移动式钻井平台成为其主要的法律客体是必要的。A comparison is made between ships and offshore drilling platform.Although they are all floating steel structures,but they are quiet different as far as legal problems are concerned.The present maritime laws and legal systems are not suitable to be used for offshore drilling platform.So that to establish a special legal system specially for offshore drilling platform is deemed to be having necessity.
