天然气制甲醇装置放空气的技改利用措施

摘　　要：天然气是有机合成的主要原料 ,传统的通过天然气的水蒸汽转化制备甲醇合成原料气等仍然是目前生产商品甲醇的最主要工艺路线之一。本文以川西北气矿甲醇厂为例对天然气制甲醇装置放空气的综合利用问题加以分析 ,对甲醇装置已实施放空气回收项目的技术改造进行了总结 。Natural gas is one main material for synthesizing the organic materials. The traditional method using synthesis gas to synthesize methanol is still the most important process of commercial methanol. In this article,the methanol plant of the Northwest of Sichuan Gas Production Division is used as an example to study the comprehensive utilization of the vent gas. And we summerize all the technical reformations of reusing the vent gas, then give some advice to reuse vent gases in methanol plant.
