摘　　要：详细地介绍了某高校办公大楼的加固加层方案,该方案简单、易行.经沉降观测和竣工后的定期检测证实此方案不仅能较大范围地提高构件的承载力，而且能很好地满足办公使用功能上的要求.This paper detailedly introduces an enlarging-story and structural strengthening scheme for a office block in a certain university. This scheme has been proved to be simple and easily done. Meanwhile, through the observation of settlement and regular detection, it has been tested that this scheme is not only greatly improved the members bearing capacity, but fully satisfied the demand of office function.
