板蓝根含片的解热镇痛及抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察板蓝根含片的解热镇痛及抗炎作用。方法:采用伤寒、副伤寒三联菌苗致家兔体温升高、福尔马林对小鼠致病、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀。结果:板蓝根含片能显著降低菌苗致家免体温升高(P<0.05)及福尔马林引起的慢性疼痛(P<0.01),对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及和大鼠蛋清致足跖肿胀均有明显抑制作用(P<0.05)..结论:板蓝根含片有明显的解热、抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective: To observe antipyretic - analgesic and anti - inflammatory effects of Banlangen Buccal Tablets (BBTs). Methods: Tri - bacteyin was used on rabbits for hoisting temperature, formalin on mice for causing pain, dimethylbezene on mice for ear swelling, and egg albumen on rats for toe swelling. Results: The results indicated that BBTs had antipyretic properties on rabbits( P < 0. 05), analgesic properties on mice( P < 0. 01), and anti - inflammatory propreties on rats and mice(P <0. 05). Conclusion: BBTs has obvious antipyretic - analgesic and anti - inflammatory effects.
