摘　　要：以己二酸二乙酯为原料 ,经狄克曼反应合成 2 -羰环戊基甲酸乙酯。考察了不同溶剂 ,不同催化剂及其用量 ,反应时间 ,反应温度以及溶剂用量等因素对反应结果的影响 ,以 DMF为溶剂 ,乙醇钠为催化剂可减少副反应 。Synthesis of 2-(ethoxycarbonyl) cyclopentanone by Dieckmann reaction with diethyl adipate as raw material was studied. The effect of reaction parameters, such as solvent, catalys, reaction time and reaction temperature was investigated. A new facile process using DMF as solvent and EtONa as catalyst was found, leading to a decrease in the amount of by-product proposed easy.
