摘　　要：包公藤甲素 (简称包甲素 )是自然界中发现的第一个具胆碱能活性的莨菪烷类生物碱 ,故倍受人们关注。对包甲素及其类似物的合成、构效关系 ,以及手性包甲素类似物的制备。Baogongteng A, the first naturally occurring nortropane alkaloid with cholinergic agonistic activity, was intensely concerned. Here, a detailed description of the synthesis and structure-activity relationship of baogongteng A and its analogs, and the preparation, absolute configuration, optical purity analysis of its chiral analogs was given..
