长寿花(Kalanchoe blossfeldiana CV.Tom Thumb)花序芽培养及植株再生

摘　　要：对长寿花花序的组织培养过程中外植体不同消毒时间、最佳芽丛诱导与生根培养基进行了研究。结果表明 ,用 0 .10 %升汞对花序进行消毒 5 min时效果最好 ,污染率为 2 0 % ;最佳分化与增殖培养基为 MS+2 .0 m g· L- 1 6- BA+1.0 0 m g· L- 1 NAA;最佳生根培养基为 :1/2 MS+0 .10 m g· L- 1 NAA.Studies on different sterilize time of explant,the preferable mideia of differentiation and rooting.The result shows that explant sterilized in 0.10% aqueous mercuric chloride for 5 min has best effect;the preferable medium of differentiation is MS supplemented with 2.00 mg·L -1 6-BA and 1.00 mL·L -1 NAA,and the preferable medium of rooting is 1/2 MS supplemented,with 0.05 mg·L -1 NAA
