摘　　要：针对黑龙江省饶河县热电厂发电机组存在的问题 ,提出了以可控硅励磁方式改造发电机组原直流励磁机励磁方式。改造后的装置由 11个单元组成 ,从 2 0 0 2年 1月投入运行以来 ,证明其安全可靠 ,性能稳定 。This article is directed at the problems of the heating and power plant’s generator of Raohe county Heilongjiang Province,and it put forward a way.The way is that transform generator's original direct-current exciter exciter exciting way by silicon controlled exciting mode.The equipment after transform is composer by eleven units.Since the equipment had been operated in January 2002.The equipment had been proved that it is safe,reliable,stabilize and it’s economical benefit and effect is remarkable
