摘 要:比较研究表明 ,两个不同穗型小麦品种在产量形成期的碳水化合物代谢存在明显差异。大穗型品种 (豫麦 6 6 )在灌浆中后期旗叶可维持较高的净光合速率 (Pn)、蔗糖磷酸合成酶 (SPS)活性与可溶性碳水化合物 (WSC)含量 ;籽粒则具有较高的蔗糖合成酶 (SS)活性和淀粉积累速率。因此 ,其产量水平和反映源库关系协调程度的粒叶比均高于多穗型品种 (豫麦 4 9)。Two wheat varieties with different spike type were used to study carbohydrate metabolism during the stage for yield formation and obvious differences were found. Compared with small-spike variety (Yumai 49), large-spike variety (Yumai 66) maintained higher net photosynthetic rate, activity of sucrose phosphate synthase and content of water soluble carbohydrate in flag leaf during mid to late grain-filling stage. At the same time, the activity of sucrose synthase and the rate of starch accumulation in the grains of Yumai 66 were also higher than those of Yumai 49. Consequently, the yield and the grain-leaf ratio (an index for measuring source-sink relationship) of the large-spike variety were higher than those of the small-spike variety.
