摘  要:研究了高光效大豆的几项光合生理特性 ,即 :单叶光 光合作用曲线、CO2 光合作用曲线、RuBPCase活性、C4 途径酶及产量潜力。结果表明 ,在适宜温度和相同光强条件下鼓粒期 (R5) ,高光效大豆黑农 4 0、黑农 4 1的光合速率 (Pn)大于高产品种黑农 37。光饱和点时 ,黑农 4 0、黑农 4 1的光量子通量密度 (PFD)在 136 0 μE·m- 2 s- 1 和 1188μE·m- 2 s- 1 左右 ,分别高出黑农 37(114 6 μE·m- 2 s- 1 ) 18.7%和 3.7% ;CO2 补偿点黑农 4 0、黑农 4 1分别为 86 .14± 8.5 3μmol LCO2 和 98.82±6 .0 9μmol LCO2 ,分别比黑农 37(112 .0 1± 5 .85 μmol LCO2 )降低了 2 3.1%和 11.8% ;羧化效率、RuBPCase活性和C4 途径酶 ,高光效大豆黑农 4 0、黑农 4 1比高产品种黑农 37都有所提高 ;产量水平 ,黑农 4 0、黑农 4 1比黑农 37分别增产了13 15 %~ 14 .73%和 11.39%~ 15 .75 %。Photosynthetic characteristics of soybean cultivars with high photosynthetic efficiency were studied, such as light-photosynthesis curve, CO 2-photosynthesis curve, RuBPCase activity, C 4 pathway enzymes activity and yield. The results were as follows : (1) P n and light saturation points of Heinong 40, Heinong 41 were larger than that of Heinong 37 at R 5 stage. PFD of the three cultivar were 1360 μE·m -2s -1,1188 μE·m -2s -1 and 1146 μE·m -2s -1, respectively.(2)CO 2 compensatory points of Heinong 40, Heinong 41 were lower than that of Heinong 37, which were 86.14±8.53 μmol/L CO 2, 98.82±6.09 μmol/L CO 2 and 112.01±5.85 μmol/L CO 2, respectively. (3) Assimilation efficiency, RuBPCase and C 4 cases activity of Heinong 40, Heinong 41 increased as compared with that of Heinong 37. (4) Yield of Heinong 40, Heinong 41 also increased by 13.15%—14.73% and 11.39%—15.75% as compared with that of Heinong 37.
