摘 要:从造船业的特点及我国造船业的现状出发 ,在吸取国际造船业先进技术和经验的基础上 ,提出并确立了适于现代化造船的模式——生产中心制造船模式。分析、探讨此造船模式的结构、特点和运作方式。基于生产中心制造船模式的工程分解在于理顺作业任务包特征的相似性 ,以达到区域的专业化生产。模式的供应链是实现总装化造船的保证 ,造船信息化工程是运作生产中心制造船模式的支撑 ,为取得系统的平衡和控制必需建立动态和有效的计划体系。文中引入相似性理论分析产品导向型作业分解 ,提出了优化排坞计划的动态模拟优化方法和优化壳舾涂一体化计划的改进后的遗传算法。In this paper, a brand new shipbuilding method-Production Center Shipbuilding Method based on general assembling, is presented to the shipbuilding industry of China. The authors start from characters of shipbuilding industry, give consideration to the existing state, and make the method suitable for China by absorbing advanced technology and experience internationally. The paper analyses and researches the structure, character of the method and its operation. The production center shipbuilding method is to obtain specialized fabricating in specialized area according to the comparability of the task packages. The supplying chain is the insurance of general assembly shipbuilding and information is the support to the production center method, so the a dynamic and effective planning system must be established to maintain the balancing and controlling. Analyzing PWBS by adopting the comparability theory, the authors provide optimized dynamic dock arrangement plan and optimize IHOPS calculation. The method has already been carried out in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co.Ltd.
