稳定性二氧化氯杀灭微生物效果与毒性试验观察

摘　　要：为了解稳定性二氧化氯杀灭微生物效果、腐蚀性与毒性,对经柠檬酸活化的二氧化氯溶液进行了悬液定量杀菌试验、金属腐蚀性试验和毒性试验。结果,含二氧化氯40mg/L溶液分别对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用15min,杀灭率均达99.90％以上,含二氧化氯300mg/L溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用20min、400mg/L溶液作用15min,杀灭率分别为99.99％和100％。含500mg/L二氧化氯该消毒液对金属有轻度至重度腐蚀。对小鼠经口LD_(50)>5000mg/kg,属实际无毒级,微核试验阴性。In order to know the germicidal efficacy, corrosiveness and toxicity of stable chlorine dioxide, suspension quantitative germicidal test, metal corrosion test and toxicity test for citrate-activated chlorine dioxide solution were carried out. The results showed that the solution containing chlorine dioxide 40 mg/ L with a 15 min contact time killed over 99.90% of both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus; the solution containing chlorine dioxide 300 mg/ L with a 20 min contact time and the solution containing chlorine dioxide 400 mg / L with a 15 min contact time killed 99.99% and 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger respectively. The solution containing chlorine dioxide 500 mg / L had slight to heavy corrosive effects on metals. Its mouse oral LD50 was >5 000 mg/ kg, so it is actually non-toxic. The micronucleus test was negative.
