摘　　要：文章介绍了采用计算机网络通讯技术的汽车安全性能检测系统总体设计方案 ,详细论述了汽车速度表及排放指标测控系统的硬件及软件系统的设计与实现技术。运行表明该系统的检测方法是可靠和有效的。This paper introduces the general project of the automobile safety inspection system by using computer network and communication technology. Then it dissertate amply the designing and achieving technique for hardware and software system of the testing and controlling system of the automobile′s speed and exhaust emission.
