太湖流域生态农业建设成效、问题与发展规划

摘　　要：阐述太湖地区生态农业建设在农业产业结构优化、减轻农药、化肥污染、秸秆与畜禽粪便综合利用、保护和改善农业生态环境、农业增效、农民增收方面取得的成效。生态农业建设中暴露出组织协调作用没有充分发挥 ,财政、税收等激励政策不到位 ,农机、农艺不配套 ,技术体系不健全等问题。在此基础上进一步明确建设目标与应该采取的措施。This paper expounds the achievements gained in constructing ecological agriculture in the Tai Lake Region, such as: perfecting structure of agriculture industry, reducing contamination of pesticide and chemical fertilizer, integrated utilization of stems and waste from livestock and poultry, protection and improvement of agriculture ecological environment, increasing agriculture efficiency and raising farmers' income. The paper also points out problems revealed in the construction of ecological agriculture: organizing and coordinating role was not in full play, policies of finance and revenue, etc. with stimulating function were not completely implemented, agriculture machinery and agronomy could not match each other, technological system was incomplete, etc. On this basis, construction targets and measures that should be adopted were further defined.
