浅谈体育经纪人及对我国职业篮球市场化发展的影响

摘　　要：通过文献资料法,访谈法,调查分析法等,阐述了篮球经纪人的概念、分类、应具备的素质、能力、发展现状,及对职业篮球市场化的作用,管理体制等,提出了完善体育经纪人制度相应的建议和对策。With the establishment and development of socialist market economy system of China, the characteristics of profession and market become more and more evident. And the broker profession as medium also begins to take shape. The article discusses the broker's concept, classification, required quality and capability, present situation and the effect of professional basket and management system and also put forwards the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures of improving sports broker system by means of document material, interview and discussion, investigation and analyze.
