西宁地区海甘蓝农学性状的观察与分析

摘　　要：对西宁地区海甘蓝外部形状、生育期及花芽分化的观察及种子成份的测定结果 :海甘蓝株高为 82～ 85cm ,生育日数 1 1 6～ 1 3 4d ,千粒重 5 .2 5～ 6 .2 0g ;播种到开花约 80d ,花期 2 5d左右。经测定 ,其种子含油量为 47 1 4%,其中芥酸含量高达 6 3 1 7μmol g,硫甙含量为 72 49～84 70 μmol g。Plant status?growth stage?flower bud differentiations and seed components of Cranbe abyssinica were measured. The results show:high was 82～85 cm,growth periods was 116～134 day,grain weigh was 5.25～6.20 g,from plant seeds to flowers needed 80 days, the period of flowers had about 25 days. The oil of seeds was 47.14%,among which,erucic acid was 63.17 μmol/g, glucosinolates was 72.49～84.70 μmol/g.
