摘　　要：针对建筑住宅装饰工程中外窗间墙及厨厕存在的渗漏现象，分析其产生的原因，并提出解决渗漏问题的技术措施。In this paper, aiming at the leakage phenomenon consisting in the window wall of exterior wall, kitchen and bathroom in the residence building ornament project, analyzes its the mechanism to occur, and puts forward the corresponding technical measure to solve the leakage problem of waterproof material.
