摘　　要：本文概述了4100AZ型柴油机进行涡轮增压匹配的研究工作。针对该机球型燃烧室的特点和限制最高燃烧压力的条件,作者对增压系统方案涡轮增压器选配、柴油机配机系统及燃油系统合理组织等方面进行了一系列设计、试验、优化和研究,取得了显著效果。试验结果表明,4100AZ型柴油机标定功率提高23％,且整机性能也有明显改善。This paper summarized the researches and tests on the matching of turbochargers and model 4100AZ diesel engine. Based on the characteristics of the spherical-shape combustion chamber and the limitation of the maximum combustion pressure, a series of design works, experiments, optimizations and studies are carried out on the overall arrangment of turbocharging system, the selection and adjustment of turbochargers, the valve train system and fuel injection system. The test results showed that the engine power is increased by 23%, and the performance is improved significantly.
