摘 要:针对原设计中存在的油压不稳、油温难以精确控制以及散热能力不足,油中水分、气泡及杂质含量大的问题,对3500mm中厚板轧机油膜轴承润滑系统进行了改造。采取用一备一的方式设置2台油箱、油泵,由PLC系统自动检测控制油温、流量及油压,设置冷却器、过滤器等,提高了润滑油压力、温度、流量的控制精度和油品的清洁度。应用表明,油膜轴承运行良好、稳定。Aiming at the problems in the original design of unstable oil pressure, inaccurate controlling of oil temperature, lacking of heat radiation ability and large content of water, bubble and impurity in the oil, transformation of oil film bearing lubrication system is carried out in 3500mm medium and heavy plate mill. Two oil tanks and two pumps are set up with one running and the other alternate. A PLC system is used to detect and control oil temperature, flow rate and oil pressure automatically,a cooler and a filter are set up as well as to increase control accuracy of lubricating oil pressure, temperature and flow rate and the oil purity. Application shows the bearings run well and steadily.
