摘　　要：在对铁路建设投资中可以应用的几种融资方式进行对比分析的基础上,提出在现阶段条件下,融资租赁是解决我国铁路运输建设资金缺口,推动铁路运输跨越式发展的理想选择,并就融资租赁在铁路建设中应用的可行性做了具体分析。On the basis of contrastive analysis of some financing methods that could apply in the railway construction investment, theessay brings forward that the financing and tenancy are the perfect choices for resolving the capital shortage of Chinese transportconstruction and promoting the leaping development of railway transportation under the recent conditions, and it makes concreteanalysis on the feasibility of financing and tenancy utilized in the railway construction.
