德国大型会展中心选址模式及场馆规划

摘　　要：德国作为一个会展业的大国 ,分布各地的大型会展中心是城市公共设施中的基础性设施。在简述德国会展业状况和会展中心基本分布的基础上 ,重点分析了不同时代和类型的会展中心与城市构成的四类不同关系。总结了德国在会展中心与包括城市公交、轨道交通、各类公路、航空水运及外部交通条件的联系方式及主要数据。分析比较了德国会展场馆的规模和功能组成的分类及发展趋势 ;特别关注到德国会展场馆的几种改扩建模式 ,提出这是德国大型会展中心生存发展的重要途径之一 ;It introduces the exhibition industry in Germany and the distribution of its exhibition centers with focus on the four modes of exhibition facilities in terms of their place in the city. Then it summarizes the outwards connections of the exhibition facilities concerning city public transport, rail transport, road transport, air and water transport etc. Thirdly it compares the size and functions of the exhibition facilities and predicts the trend of them. After that, it stresses the ways of reconstruction and extension of the exhibition facilities. Finally it evaluates the surrounding sites, transportation planning and symbol design of the facilities.
