摘　　要：实现区域一体化目标,首要任务就是缩小城乡之间的差别,实现城乡一体化战略,大力推进城镇化建设。政府要适应市场经济的要求,转变职能,以适应新形势下的城镇化与区域一体化的发展。Primary task of realizing the goal of area integration, is narrow the difference between town and country, realize integration strategy of urban and rural areas, and advance urbanization construction energetically. In order to adapt to urbanization and integrated development of area under the new situation, the government must meet the needs of market economy and change the function.
