摘  要:凹陷作为管道缺陷的一种常见形式,严重威胁着管道的安全运行,甚至引发管体失效。对比国内外管道凹陷评价准则,分析各评价方法的优缺点和科学性,并提出基于深度的评价准则已不能满足工程应用,对于深度大于6%管道直径的凹陷,应进行有限元分析。针对中国石化现场的2处管道凹陷进行几何形状检测,采用有限元方法对管道进行适用性评估,获得管道的应力应变。结果表明,2处管道凹陷的深度、应力和应变均超出许用值,建议进行换管及B套筒修复。Dent,a common form of pipe defects,has not only imposed great threats to the reliable operation of pipeline,but also resulted in pipeline failure.Evaluation criteria for pipeline dent at home and abroad were compared,based on their advantages,disadvantages,and scientificity.This paper proposed that the depth-based evaluation criteria was not able to meet the engineering requirement and finite element analysis should be conducted when the depth of dent was greater than 6%pipe diameters.Geometries of 2 dents in pipelines belonging to SINOPEC were detected and their fitness-for-service was evaluated to calculate the strain and stress.It turned out that the depth,stress and strain of the pipeline had exceeded the permitted value,and therefore should be replaced or repaired.
