摘  要:为进一步探讨H_2O_2与家蚕滞育的关系,研究了外源H_2O_2 活化家蚕滞育性卵的处理方法。发现H_2O_2 的浓度、处理时期和处理时间对活化效果有重要影响,提出了产于连纸的家蚕滞育性卵在产后2 4h(2 5℃)用6 %H_2O_2于4 7℃下处理30min可有效活化家蚕滞育性卵,孵化率达到96 % ;盐酸处理可有效活化经H_2O_2处理不能孵化的滞育性蚕种,表明盐酸和H_2O_2在活化家蚕滞育性卵上有协同作用。The method of activation of silkworm diapausing eggs with hydrogen peroxide was studied in order to further inquire into the relationship between H 2O 2 and diapause of the silkworm The results showed that activation of silkworm diapausing eggs was related to concentration of hydrogen peroxide, development stage of eggs and time of treatment The diapausing eggs was efficiently activated by the treatment of 6% H 2O 2, 47 ℃ and 30 min at 24 h after oviposition (25 ℃) The hatching rate was 96%, moreover, nonactivated eggs treated with hydrogen peroxide could be activated with hydrochloric acid It indicated that hydrochloric acid had cooperative action with hydrogen peroxide on activation of silkworm diapausing eggs
