摘 要:对比研究了乳清酸和异乳清酸对某些稀土离子特征荧光的增敏情况 ,发现异乳清酸比乳清酸更有效地使Eu3+ 、Tb3+ 、Dy3+ 的特征荧光增敏。建立了乳清酸 异乳清酸体系荧光法测定Eu3+ 、Tb3+ 、Dy3+ 的新方法 ,在乳清酸体系中Eu3+ 、Tb3+ 的检出限分别是 0 .73、0 .0 65mg L ,在异乳清酸体系中Eu3+ 、Tb3+ 、Dy3+ 的检出限分别是 0 .88、0 .0 0 2 3、0 .5 9mg L。该方法用于混合稀土氧化物中Eu3+ 、Tb3+ 、Dy3+ 含量的测定 。The fluorescence properties of Eu3+, Tb3+ and Dy3+ complexed with orotic or isoorotic acid were investigated. It was found that isoorotic: acid had larger sensitization for the fluorescence intensities of Eu3+, Tb3+ and Dy3+ than orotic acid. Based on this, a new method for the detection of Eu3+, Tb3+ and Dy3+ was established. The optimal conditions of. fluorimetric determination of Eu3+, Tb3+ and Dy3+ were : pH 8.0, 1.75 x 10(-3) mol/L orotic acid or 1.0 x 10(-3) mol/L isoorotic acid. In orotic acid system, the detection limits of Eu3+ and Tb3+ were 0.73 and 0.065 mg/L, respectively; and linear ranges between the fluorescence intensities and concentrations of Eu3+ and Tb3+ were 0.80 similar to 8.00 and 0.07 similar to 5.00 mg/L, respectively. In isoorotic acid system, the detection limits of Eu3+ Tb3+ and Dy3+ were 0.88, 0.0023 and 0.59 mg/L, respectively; and linear ranges of Eu3+, Tb3+ and Dy3+ were 1.00 similar to 8.00, 0.003 similar to 3.00 and 0.70 similar to 10.00 mg/L, respectively. With isoorotic acid, the detection limit of Tb3+ was 27. 3 times lower than that with orotic acid. The content of Eu2O3, Tb4O7 and Dy2O3 in mixture of rare earth oxides was successfully determined by the proposed method.
