耐尔蓝-十二烷基苯磺酸钠-蛋白质体系的荧光反应及其分析应用

摘　　要：研究了耐尔蓝 十二烷基苯磺酸钠体系的吸收光谱和荧光光谱特性 ,并以此体系建立了测定蛋白质的新型荧光探针。在优化实验条件下 ,对人血清白蛋白和γ 球蛋白测定的线性范围均为 0～ 1 6mg L ,检出限分别为 0 .0 2 0mg L和 0 .0 3 6mg L。该方法用于人血清中总蛋白含量的测定 。The Properties of the absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of system of nile blue (NB)-sodlium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS) were studied. Based on it, A new fluorescence probe for the determination of, protein was established., Under optimal conditions, the linear ranges of the calibration curves were 0.0 similar to 16 mg/L for both human serum albumin(HSA) and human gamma-IgG. ne detection limit were 0.020 mg/L for HSA and 0.036 mg/L for gamma-IgG, respectively. The method was applied to the determination of total protein's in real human serum. The determination results achieved by this method were in good agreement with clinical method provided by hospital.
