摘 要:以Dowex 5 0× 2 1 0 0树脂为载体固定四 (三甲氨基苯基 )钯卟啉 (Pd TAPP) ,利用其光被氧猝灭的特性 ,采用流动注射分析 (FIA)技术 ,制成氧传感器。该方法响应快 (响应时间从氮气到氧气为 1 8s,反之为86s) ,灵敏度高 (I0 I1 0 0 值为 5 .6) ,检测限可达 0 .0 9% (V V)。The dye palladium-meso-tetra (trimethylaminophenyl) porphyrin (Pd-TAPP) was covalently bound to Dowex50.x2-100 resin by the electrostatic interaction. The phosphorescence of the resulted material is extremely quenched by oxygen and the resulted material can be used as a useful probe for the measurement of oxygen in gas mixture. The photochemical properties and the analytical performance of the room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) probe were studied by using a gas flow-injection,analysis (gFIA) system, which incorporated a convenient exponential dilution chamber for gas sample introduction. It showed that the sensor had merits of rapid response (typical response times were 18 s from N-2 to O-2 stream and 86 s from O-2 to N-2 stream for 95% signals change) high precision (2.7parts per thousand at 0.6% O-2 (V/V) level) and low detection limit (0.09 % O-2 (V/V)).
