开窍活血法对脑梗死急性期神经功能康复及血清S100β MMP-9炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨开窍活血法联合西药对脑梗死急性期神经功能康复及血清S100β、MMP-9、炎症因子的影响。方法:根据随机数字表法将本组纳入的107例患者随机分为治疗组(n=55)和对照组(n=52)。治疗组采用开窍活血法联合西药治疗,对照组仅给予西药治疗。两组疗程均为2周。疗程结束后对比分析两组疗效、神经功能缺损评分、血清S100β、MMP-9、炎症因子水平。结果:治疗组经治疗2周后临床总有效率(89.09%)显著高于对照组(71.15%),且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分治疗后显著低于对照组,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组血清S100β、MMP治疗后水平显著低于对照组,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组血清炎症因子水平治疗后显著低于对照组,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:开窍活血法联合西药对脑梗死急性期疗效显著,可明显提高患者神经功能恢复,降低血清S100β、MMP-9、炎症因子水平,具有重要临床研究价值。Objective: To investigate the effect of Kaiqiao Huoxue Method combined with western medicine on neurological function rehabilitation and serum inflammatory factors 100β and mmp-9 in acute cerebral infarction. Methods: According to the random number table would be included in this group of 107 patients were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 55) and controlled group( n = 52). The treatment group received Kaiqiao Huoxue Method combined with western medicine,western medicine was given to the controlled group. The treatment lasted for two weeks. Comparing the efficacy,neurological function,serum S100β,MMP-9, inflammatory factors between the two groups after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate( 89. 09%) of the treatment group after two weeks of treatment in clinical was significantly higher( 71. 15%) than the controlled group has a significant difference( P < 0. 05); the neurological deficit scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than the controlled group,and had a significant difference( P < 0. 05); the serum S100β,MMP after treatment were significantly lower than the controlled group had a significant difference( P < 0. 05); serum levels of inflammatory factors of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than the controlled group,and the difference was significant( P <0. 05); significant adverse reactions did not occur during the two treatments. Conclusion: It has significant effect of applying Kaiqiao Huoxue Method combined with western medicine for acute cerebral infarction,can significantly improve the patient's neurological recovery,lower serum inflammatory cytokines of S100β,MMP-9,has important clinical research value.
