通腑清肺法结合针灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通腑清肺法结合针灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法:以我院ICU2013年6月~2014年11月收治的80例AECOPD患者为研究对象,数字表格法将其分为两组,各40例,对照组患者给予吸氧、平喘、水电解质紊乱纠正等对症治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上行通腑清肺法联合针灸治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后主要症状积分、肺功能变化等情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.0%,与对照组的80.0%比较差异显著(P<0.05)。两组治疗后咳嗽积分[(1.9±1.0)VS(2.4±0.8)]分、痰多积分[(2.5±1.3)VS(2.5±1.3)]分、气喘积分[(1.4±1.1)VS(2.7±1.3)]分、FEC[(58.1±4.0)VS(53.8±4.6)]%、FEV1/FVC[(56.6±6.0)VS(53.7±4.5)]比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:通腑清肺法结合针灸治疗AECOPD疗效明确,能明显恢复肺功能,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of using Tongfu Qingfei Method combined with acupuncture to treat AECOPD( acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Methods: 80 cases of AECOPD patients in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 as the research object,were divided into two groups with digital table method,40 cases of each. The patients in the controlled group were treated with oxygen,asthma,water electrolyte imbalance correction symptomatic treatment,the observation group was given Tongfu Qingfei Method combined with acupuncture on the basis of the controlled group,and then compared the curative effect,main symptoms integral before and after treatment,the change of lung function. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group and the controlled group was relatively 95%,80%,the difference was significant( P <0. 05). Integral cough after treatment in two groups [( 1. 9 ±1) VS( 2. 4 ±0. 8) ],phlegm integral [( 2. 5 ±1. 3) VS( 2. 5± 1. 3) ],asthma integral [( 1. 4 ± 1. 1) VS( 2. 7 ± 1. 3) ],FEC [( 58. 1 ± 4. 0) VS( 53. 8 ± 4. 6) ]%,FEV1 / FVC [( 56. 6± 6. 0) VS( 53. 7 ± 4. 5) ],the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The effect of Tongfu Qingfei Method combined with acupuncture on treating AECOPD is clear,can obviously restore lung function,is worthy of clinical promotion.
