中药联合红光治疗外阴营养不良36例  

36 Cases of Vulva Dystrophy Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Red Light Combination

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合红光治疗外阴营养不良的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入及排除标准的36例患者随机分为联合治疗组(18例)、中药组(18例)。10天为1疗程,3个疗程后观察各组患者外阴色素减退、外阴色素皮损范围及临床症状改善情况。结果:联合组治愈2例,显效5例,好转10例,无效1例,有效率为94.4%。中药组治愈0例,显效2例,好转12例,无效4例,有效率77.8%。结论:中药联合红光治疗外阴营养不良的疗效显著,治愈率高且复发率低。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine combined with red light in the treatment of vulva dystrophy. Methods: 36 patients who were eligible for inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into combination treatment group( 18cases) and traditional Chinese medicine group( 18cases). 10 days for a course of treatment,after3 courses of treatment,the patients were observed in the patients with the clinical symptoms of the patients with vulva pigment loss,the scope of the lesions and clinical symptoms. Results: The combination treatment group was cured in 2cases,markedly effective in 5cases,improved in 10 cases,invalid in 1cases,the effective rate was 94. 4%. The traditional Chinese medicine group cured 0cases,markedly effective in 2cases,improved in 12 cases,invalid in 4cases,the effective rate was 77. 8%. Conclusion:The efficacy of using traditional Chinese medicine combined with red light in the treatment of vulvar dystrophy is significant,the cure rate is high and the recurrence rate is low.
