我国社区中医护理研究的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的:反映社区中医护理研究的现状,为进一步研究提供方向和参考。方法:以中国期刊全文数据库为资料来源,通过文献计量学分析对2005年至2014年有关社区中医护理研究相关文献进行回顾。结果:最终纳入的101篇文献,分别发表在59种期刊上,以综述和其他类(理论、经验体会等)的文献数量最多。研究对象主要是慢性病患者。研究对应的疾病或健康问题以高血压和糖尿病为主。作者单位以医院载文量最多。结论:近十年社区中医护理干预研究得到了初步发展,但是总体研究水平不高。社区中医护理体系的建设还需要进一步探讨和研究。Objective: To present the status of studies on traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) nursing care in community,in order to provide direction and reference for the further research. Methods: China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI)was taken as the data sources,and bibliometric method was used to review the literatures relate to TCM nursing care in community from 2005 to 2014. Results: 101 literatures,which was finally collected,had been published in 59 types of journals. Review and others( include theory,experience) of research types was the majority. Most common research objects were the patients with chronic diseases. Diseases and the health problems were mainly hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The most proportion of author affiliation was hospital. Conclusions: TCM nursing care in community has been developed initially during the recent ten years,yet the general research level is not competent. The theoretical system of TCM nursing care in community need to be further discussed and studied.
