人参养荣汤联合穴位敷贴及耳穴贴压改善胃癌化疗患者睡眠质量及生活质量价值研究

摘　　要：目的:观察人参养荣汤联合穴位敷贴及耳穴贴压改善胃癌化疗患者睡眠质量及生活质量效果。方法:选取我院2016年1月～2018年1月收治的84例采取化疗治疗的胃癌患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者(42例)予以常规护理干预,观察组患者(42例)在常规护理干预基础上实施人参养荣汤联合穴位敷贴及耳穴贴压干预,对比两组患者临床疗效、化疗副反应情况及干预前后患者疼痛量表评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠指数评分(PSQI)、生活质量评分(SF-36)、患者干预满意率。结果观察组患者干预后总有效率(76.19%)高于对照组(47.62%),P<0.05;观察组患者副反应发生率(19.05%)低于对照组(40.48%),P<0.05;干预前两组患者VAS、PSQI、SF-36量表评分相当,P>0.05,干预护各组患者VAS、PSQI、SF-36量表评分均改善,观察组改善优于对照组,P<0.01;观察组患者干预满意率(95.24%)高于对照组(80.95%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:人参养荣汤联合穴位敷贴及耳穴贴压使得化疗治疗的胃癌患者疗效提升,副反应率降低,患者疼痛缓解,睡眠及生活质量均改善,患者满意率高,值得推广以及应用。Objective:To explore the quality of sleep quality and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer by using the combined acupoint application of Renshen Yangrong Deoction and auricular plaster.Methods:Selected from January 2016 to January 2018,84 patients treated with chemotherapy of gastric cancer patients as the research object,took the random number table method divided into observation group and controlled group,the controlled group(42 cases)in patients with routine nursing intervention,the observation group of patients(42 cases)on the basis of conventional nursing intervention implementation of Renshen Yangrong Decoction combined with acupoint sticking and auricular application pressure intervention,compared the two groups of patients before and after the clinical curative effect,the side effects and intervention chemotherapy patients pain rating scale(VAS),Pittsburgh sleep index scale(PSQI),the quality of life score(SF-36)intervention,patients satisfaction.Results:The total effective rate(76.19%)was higher in the observation group than in the controlled group(47.62%),P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions(19.05%)in the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group(40.48%),P<0.05.The scores of VAS,PSQI and SF-36 were similar in the two groups before the intervention,P<0.05,and the scores of VAS,PSQI and SF-36 were all improved in each group,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the controlled group,P<0.01.The intervention satisfaction rate(95.24%)in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(80.95%),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Renshen Yangrong Deoction combined with acupoint sticking and auricular application pressure makes chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer,promotion,the adverse event rate is reduced,the patient pain relief,sleep and life quality are improved,patients satisfaction rate is high,is worthy of popularization and application.
