摘 要:专家打分等传统确定权重的方法主观性强,为减少其对安全管理水平量化评估效果的影响,本文通过事故样本熵权法对权重进行修正。首先通过爬虫技术从网络新闻中搜集化工类事故案例,通过信息分类等处理技术筛选事故样本,得到网络新闻中化工事故的统计分布特征。然后通过事故样本与安全管理要素之间的关联分析和熵权法定量计算,对安全管理评估体系各要素权重提出了建议,认为应提高承包商和供应商管理、设备完好性、作业风险控制、变更管理等要素的权重。In order to optimize the safety management quantitative evaluation system for petrochemical enterprises,in this paper a method based on accident samples is proposed to revise the weight of evaluation indicators which has been estimated by experts.Firstly,chemical accidents are collected from network news by means of crawler technology,and accidents are screened by information classification and other processing technologies. The statistical distribution characteristics of accidents are analyzed.Secondly,through the correlation analysis between the accident sample and the safety management elements and the quantitative calculation by entropy weight method,suggestions on the weight of each element of the safety management evaluation system are put forward. The results show that the weights of elements such as contractor and supplier management,equipment integrity,operational risk control and management of change should be increased.
