摘　　要：建设社会主义政治文明是全面建设小康社会的重要目标 ;而法治又是社会主义政治文明的重要目标取向。社会主义政治文明在经历了从人治到法治的一个曲折发展过程之后 ,应从法律运作机制、党的执政方式、公众法治观念等几个环节加快法治化步伐 ,推进社会主义政治文明的法治化进程 ,建设社会主义法治国家。Constructing the socialism political civilization is the important aim of the all-round construction of a Xiao kang society, yet ruling by law is the significant orientation of the socialism political civilization. After going through a winding process which is from rule of man to rule of law, the construction of the socialism political civilization should quicken the pace of law system by the links of operating mechanism of law, style of leadership of the Party, law concept of the public and so on.
