单开门颈椎管成型治疗脊髓型颈椎病

摘　　要：目的观察单开门椎管成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床效果。方法采用单开门椎管成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病27例对其临床特点,手术方法进行讨论。结果 27例脊髓型颈椎病经过5年随访疗效满意。结论单开门椎管成形术是一种简单、安全、可靠的治疗颈椎椎管狭窄的手术方法。Objective To observe the effect of cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) treated by expensive open-door laminoplasty. Methods 27 cases of cervical spinal stenotic myelopathy under went an operation of the expensive open-door laminoplasty, of the cervical spinal, the clinical characteristics and operational methods. Results 27 cases were 5-years followed up showed a significant result. Conclusions The expensive open-door laminoplasty of the cervical spinal is a simple and safe operation for spinal stenotic myelopathy.
