摘　　要：目的探讨记忆合金网状支架植入治疗前列腺增生症的经验。方法1994年1月至2007年10月,采用记忆合金网状支架植入治疗前列腺增生症108例。结果植入成功102例,占94.4%。结论记忆合金网状支架植入治疗前列腺增生症微创、安全、有效,适于高龄、体弱、重要脏器功能障碍患者。Objective To introduce the experience of implantation of urethral braces for treatment on benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 108 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by the implantation of urethral braces from January 1994 to October 2007.Results The 102 cases were successfully implanted with a percent of 94.4%.Conclusions The implantation of urethral braces for patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia has great advantages with small wound,safety and efficiency.This method suits for patients of a venerable age,in a weak body condition and with major organ malfunction.
