摘　　要：推进海洋强区建设是广西贯彻落实建设海洋强国战略部署的一大举措,通过分析广西海洋强区建设的现状及问题,明确广西建设海洋强区的动力因素,即资源优势、区位优势、政策优势以及现代海洋服务业等,最后对广西省建设海洋强区提出针对性意见并生成广西海洋强区建设的路线图,以期促进广西海洋经济的发展建设。The promotion of the construction of a strong oceanic area of Guangxi is a big move carrying out toward the strategic deployment of building a maritime power. This article shows the dynamic factors which include space superiorities such as the resource,location,policy advantages etc. and the modern marine services for building a strong oceanic area of Guangxi Province by analyzing the present situation and the problems existing in the construction of Guangxi oceanic area. At last,this article,puts forward several specific advices on the construction of a strong oceanic area of Guangxi and generates the route map for building a strong oceanic area Guangxi,in order to promote the development and construction of marine economy in Guangxi.
