经直肠穿刺注射药物治疗慢性前列腺炎的应用解剖

摘　　要：目的 :为经直肠穿刺药物注射治疗慢性前列腺炎提供解剖学基础。方法 :观察经福尔马林固定、年龄 16～ 60岁、从正中矢状面切开的 16侧男性盆腔标本前列腺与直肠间的解剖结构 ,测量前列腺后壁至直肠前壁距离、可进针范围、深度及进针部位距肛门距离。结果 :前列腺与直肠前壁间仅存在少量脂肪组织和静脉丛 ,前列腺后壁至直肠前壁的距离为 (5 .8± 0 .7)mm ,可进针范围为 (15 .4± 1.4)mm ,可进针深度为 (15 .7± 0 .9)mm ,可进针部位至肛门皮肤距离的最大值和最小值分别为 (4 7.6± 2 .4)mm和 (3 5 .8± 1.9)mm。结论 :经直肠是比较理想的前列腺局部给药途径。Objective:To provide anatomic evidences for local injection of drug through rectum to treat chronic prostatitis. Methods:Sixteen male pelvic kidney specimens cut in midsagittal plane were dissected. The anatomical structures between prostate and rectum were observed. The distance from posterior wall of prostate to anterior wall of rectum, the puncture range, the puncture depth, and the distance from anus to puncture were measured. Results: There were very little fat tissue and venous plexus between prostate and rectum. The distance from posterior wall of prostate to anterior wall of rectum was 5.8±0.7 mm. The range for puncture was 15.4±1.4 mm and the puncture depth was 15.7±0.9 mm. The maximum and minimum of the distances from anus to puncture point were 47.6±2.4 mm and 35.8±1.9 mm. Conclusion:Local drug injection through rectum is a ideal pathway for the treatment of . chronic prostatitis.
