摘 要:目的 :以功能组织学观点观察不同发育状态SD大鼠甲状腺组织 ,并比较其功能变化 ,以期揭示甲状腺形态结构和功能活动的相互关系及其变化规律。方法 :对 3月龄、8月龄和 18月龄SD大鼠甲状腺进行HE染色、琥珀酸脱氢酶活性 (SDH)反应、酸菁蓝染色 ,及过碘酸 雪夫氏 (PAS)反应。并用放免法测定其功能。结果 :18月龄大鼠甲状腺被膜结缔组织增厚 ,脂肪细胞易见 ,滤泡较大 ,滤泡腔内胶质染色较浅淡或着色不明显 ,滤泡腔中尚见由胶质形成的无结构圆形小体 ,且SDH活性反应、酸菁蓝染色、PAS阳性反应均较 3月龄、8月龄减弱。FT3(游离T3)、FT4 (游离T4 )水平呈下降趋势 ,TG(甘油三酯 )呈上升趋势。结论 :随SD大鼠月龄增长 ,甲状腺组织学呈现明显结构变化 ,SDH活性反应显示能量代谢水平逐渐降低 ,PAS反应显示蛋白质合成和分泌功能逐渐减弱 ,酸菁蓝染色显示DNA空间结构改变导致着色浅淡。Objective: To observe the SD rat thyroid of different developmental stage, and compare to their function in the point of function and histology,and to reveal the interface and variational law of the thyroid morphologic structure and function. Methods: The SD female rats were devided into three groups in the light of different age, including young group,matured group and former senile group. The proteins nucleic acids and succinate dehydrogenase of the proteins of the thyroid were examined by biochemistry technique, and determination of the function in radioimmunoassay. Results: 18 mouth group thyroid capsule increased thickness, connective tissue most thickness, the fat cells increased. The follicle fairly large, the follicle bores hypochromasia or not pigmenting and even occurred unstructured corps ronds formationed by colloid, and the positive products of SDH, Gallocynine stain and PAS gradually weakened. Conclusion: With the month increased, the SD rat thyroid shows the variation of thyroid histology, and the products of SDH show energy metabolism level gradually decrease,the PAS reaction show the synthesis and excretion of protein gradually decrease,Gallocynine stain show hypochromasia with the change of DNA space sturcture. The function of excreting thyroid hormone gradually decreased as well.
