更昔洛韦治疗小儿咽-结合膜热的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨更昔洛韦治疗小儿咽 结合膜热疗效。方法 :将 12 0例咽 结合膜热随机分为两组 ,更昔洛韦组、病毒唑组各 6 0例。更昔洛韦组给予更昔洛韦 10mg·kg·d- 1 静滴 ,每日 1次治疗 ;病毒唑组给予病毒唑 10mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 静滴 ,每日 1次治疗。两组均计数发热天数及结合膜炎治愈天数 ,同时观察药物的毒副作用。结果 :更昔洛韦组平均发热天数为 (2 .0 2± 0 .4 2 )d ,明显少于病毒唑组 (4 .87± 0 .38)d(P <0 .0 1)。眼结合膜炎持续时间 ,更昔洛韦组为 (3.4 5± 0 .76 )d ,明显少于病毒唑组 (5 .74± 0 .82 )d(P <0 .0 1)。两组药物治疗过程中仅少数病人表现轻度恶心、呕吐等副作用 ,停药后症状缓解。结论 :更昔洛韦治疗咽 结合膜热疗效显著 ,明显优于病毒唑。Objective: To explore the curative effect of ganciclovir on pharyngo conjunctival fever. Methods: 120 children with Pharyngo conjunctival fever were divided in two groups, experimental group and control group. The children of experimental group were treated with ganciclovir(10 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ,iv); and those of control group were treated with virazole(10 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ,iv). The duration of fever and Conjunctivitis of the patients from two groups was observed separately. Results: The duration of fever in experimental group patients was (2.02±0.42) days, and it was significantly shorter than that of the control (4.87±0.38)days(P<0.01); the duration of conjunctivitis in experimental group patients was (3.45±0.76) days, and it was shorter than that of the control(5.74±0.82)days (P<0.01). The side effect of ganciclovir and virazole was not serious. Conclusion: Ganciclovir is more effective and safer than virzole in the treatment of Pharyngo conjunctival fever.
