摘  要:用转矩流变仪和毛细管流变仪研究了稀土氧化钐 (Sm2 O3 )对聚丙烯 (PP)塑化性能和流变行为的影响。结果表明 ,Sm2 O3 能够促进PP的塑化 ;PP/Sm2 O3 和纯PP一样 ,同属于非牛顿假塑性流体行为 ,PP/Sm2 O3 的非牛顿指数普遍大于纯PP而更趋于牛顿性流体 ;在相同温度和剪切速率下 ,PP/Sm2 O3 和纯PP的粘流活化能比较接近 ;Sm2 O3加入PP后 ,体系的流动性和加工稳定性得到了明显改善。In this paper the effects of Sm 2O 3on the plasticizing capacity and rheological behavior of PP were studied by means of PLE651 Brabender and Shimadzu CFT 500D rheological instrument The results showed that Sm 2O 3could promote the plasticizing of PP;the melting flow behavior of PP/Sm 2O 3was of non Newtonian fluid as PP,the non Newtonian exponential of PP/Sm 2O 3was higher than that of PP generally,so it was more like Newtonian fluid;when the temperature and shearing rate were the same,the flow activation energy of PP/Sm 2O 3and PP were very close to each other;after the addition of Sm 2O 3to PP,the melt flowability and processing stability of PP were obviously improved
