创制杀菌剂烯肟菌酯生物活性及应用研究(Ⅰ)——黄瓜霜霉病

摘　　要：烯肟菌酯 (试验代号 :SYP -Z0 71) ,化学名称 :3-甲氧基 - 2 -〔2 - ((((1-甲基 - 3- (4-氯苯基 ) - 2 -丙烯基叉 )氨基 )氧 ) -甲基 )苯基〕丙烯酸甲酯 ,隶属于甲氧基丙烯酸酯类。烯肟菌酯杀菌谱广、活性高、具有预防及治疗作用、与环境生物有良好的相容性、且与苯基酰胺类杀菌剂无交互抗性 ,对由鞭毛菌、结合菌、子囊菌、担子菌及半知菌引起的多种植物病害有良好的防治效果。室内试验结果表明 :烯肟菌酯对黄瓜霜霉病的盆栽杀菌活性 (EC90 值 )为 11.192 μg/ml;1998～ 2 0 0 2年在全国各地的田间小区试验结果一致表明 ,烯肟菌酯在 10 0～ 2 0 0 μg/ml的处理剂量下 ,施药 2～ 3次 ,对黄瓜霜霉病有非常优异的防治效果 ,防效优于甲霜灵、霜霉威、苯氧菌酯 ,与安克。Enstrobnin(SYP-Z071) provides a good control of a broad spectrum of plant pathogenic fungi,such as Mastigomycotina,Zygomycetes,Ascomycotina,Basidiomycotina,Deuteromycotina.It has outstanding protectant,translative,and residual properties.The product shows no cross-resistance with other fungicides and is safe to both users and the environment. Enstrobnin were tested against cucumber downy mildew in laboratory and field,the results showed that Enstrobnin provided good activity gaginst the disease.Under the laboratory conditions,the EC 90 of Enstrobnin is 11.192 μg/ml.At the rate of 100-200g.a.i./ha.,Enstrobnin has good activity against cucumber downy mildew in field.The relative control effect is better than metalaxyl,propamocarb,kresoxim-methl,and is equivalent to dimethomorph,dimethomorph & mancozeb,azoxystrobin.
