摘 要:雾化喷射泵是由不同压力的两股流体相互混合,并发生能量交换,以形成一股居中压力混合流体的装置,该装置可不直接消耗机械能而提高流体的压力。为了解决冬季油气生产集输过程中的冻堵问题,通过大量的试验验证和模拟分析,结合具体的工程实际,研制了注醇用雾化喷射泵。并在已完成的10余项大型装置中成功使用,效果良好。该项技术的应用成果表明,具有很好的推广使用价值。文章介绍了雾化喷射泵的工作原理、性能特点、结构形式及实际应用情况。A new ejector, in which energy can be transferred the moment the mixture of two fluids flow with different pressure (p1,p2) happened ,and the mixed fluids with a certain pressure between p1 and p2 can be obtained without any mechanical energy loss, named spraying ejector which is used to inject anti-icing fluid in the Natural Gas Process, is developed. Based on our research work, an alcohol injecting Spraying Ejector was designed and manufactured. The Spraying Ejector was successfully applied to over ten sets of dehydration process of natural gas. Most of them have been run for three years and they still work. In this paper, the principle, the performances and characteristics, the structure design, and the Applications of the Spraying Ejector are presented. Both the experimental results and the practical application effect are shown that the ejector has high performances and has a bright application future in many fields.
