摘 要:在环保问题日益突出的今天 ,需要在评价能源动力工程项目时采用一种能考虑技术、经济和环境等因素的综合评价方法。将生产中消耗的 (包括污染 )空气、水和燃料等都折算成资源 ,最终的评价指标(称为资源效率 )定义为产生的能量供应和消耗的资源价值总和的比值。对这一综合评价方法的原理进行了介绍 ,并以某筹建中的燃天然气的燃气轮机联合循环热电联产系统为例 ,与燃煤热电分产系统进行了粗略的比较计算。In present-days of giving increasingly prominence to environmental protection problems, it is neccessary to adopt a comprehensive evaluation method, which can take technical, economical and environmental factors into account, for evaluating energy and power engineering projects. The air, water, fuel and so on consumed in production (including that have been polluted) should been convrted into natural resources, the definition of final evaluation index, which is called the efficiency of natural resources, being a ratio of the energy supply production to the sum of values concerning consumed natural resources. The principle of this comprehensive evaluation method has been presented. Taking the combined cycle heat and electricity co-generation system of a preparatory natual-gas firing gas turbine unit as example, a calculation in comparison with a coal firing heat and electricity separate generation system has been roughly corried out.
