摘　　要：文章针对胜坨油田抽油泵免修期短的问题,通过采取生产过程分析和现场描述相结合的办法,对油井出砂对抽油泵的机理,从管柱沉砂、抽油泵结构、油井井况和产出液介质4方面进行分析。针对存在的问题,采取了系列防砂治砂、上提油井泵挂和推广应用新型抽油泵等措施,取得了较好的效果。In the light of the poroblem of short pump production period of Shengtuo oil field,combining producing process analysis with field describing,through four aspects of sand sinking in tubing flow,structure of pump,well condition and prosduction medium, the pump's failure mechanism caused by sand is analyzed Reference to with this problem,through using esries of sand control technique,lessening pump setting depth, and new applying a type of pump,obvious results are obtained.
